The Kamshibai (‹kami› meaning paper and ‹shibai› meaning drama) is a narrative and visual ancient Japanese tradition. Art Basics For Children revives this tradition using a bike topped with a small wooden storytelling theatre. Part miniature cinema, a storyteller will stop in parks and places to enchant a young audience with magical stories such as «Djuk, the miners horse of Fort Lapijn», «The legend of the five dogs fountain» and many other fantastic tales.
