Jeremy Narby is an anthropologist based in Switerland specialising in the ecologies of Amazonian indigenous people such as the Ashaninca. His new book «Le Serpent Cosmique» argues that the Shamanic knowledge acquired by such tribes are techniques of communicating with DNA – a conscious and alive entity, not just a chemical – and that this knowledge could be related to sightings of apparently extra-terrestrial phenomena by various civilisations.
